NMJD’s Executive Director, Mr. Abu A. Brima, who also serves as the Deputy Coordinator of the Kimberley Process Civil Society Coalition, made a presentation on the topic: “Tackling Illicit Financial Flows (IFFs) in the Extractives Industries” at the 5th Conference of the African Parliamentary Public Accounts Committees (AFROPAC) meeting at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Kampala, Uganda, from 17th to 19th March 2025, under the theme “Strengthening Legislative Action to Combat Illicit Financial Flows (IFFs) and Foster Public Financial Resilience” with a strong commitment to move from Declarations to Action.
