Across Malawi, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, and Rwanda, Trócaire and women‑centred partner organisations are working together to transform the social norms that fuel gender‑based violence (GBV) and limit women’s voice, agency, and leadership. The Social Norms Learning Initiative, supported by Irish Aid under the ICSP 2023–2027 fund, brings partners across four countries into a shared learning process testing assumptions, adapting methodologies, and strengthening evidence on what truly drives change.
