The third and final phase of the DELTA training for civil society leaders took place at the Youth Centre in Kenema on 18-20 June 2014. The training, like the previous ones, was funded by the United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF) under the project titled: Initiative to Build Social Movements in Sierra Leone.
